Strings as identities
The very beginning of this term, I was focusing on identities which stick to people.I used strings to express that. People sometimes take themselves apart from categories. But even if they do, there are more smaller scaled categories. My idea was cutting strings could release the categorization. In the end of cutting a string movie, I was smiling because I was not sure where the tiny sized string is, that could imply the freedom of our identities. The second video had scenes of walking people in a city, two people standing and holding a string which was cut gradually by me and a worm which was struggling on a concrete ground.  The walking people look like they are making a string and they should not cut the line. And the worm looked like the last part of the cut string.
